Nah...It's really not as good, but if you get enough in your with the promethazine you'll be nodding like a mother fucker.
What do they give you if you get strep throat or something??
They used to give Atuss-HC which is Hydrocodone syrup, but the DEA around here cracked down on it because it was getting handed out too much they said...So, now doctors give this, but only if you have a bad case of strep. Mine was bad enough I guess.

Around the neighborhoods. I got like 5 miles in today. So not to bad. The smoke makes stretching afterwards soooooooooooooooo nice.

Between 4-6 times a week. I have run off and on for years but recently I have been running every week for 3-4 months. Last semester I was running before class and sometimes after.
My New Year's resolution is to run a half marathon before Apr. 29 and a full on thanksgiving.
Now that I am not going back to school I have been running twice a day, training.

Nope, all my buddies aren't really into running or exercise at that...
Need some new friends. 
Ya two years ago I ran the Atlanta Half Marathon on Thanksgiving day and it was no problem. Took a little under two hours.
The marathon will be hard though.

The caption says: We made it up from Heart Attack Hill (a hill that passes in front of Piedmont hospital -- thus the name) and now making our way into Midtown for the proverbial homestretch.
Its a pretty steep long hill that is devastatingly in the middle of the marathon. No worries though, I have faith in myself, I'm pretty good to my new years resolutions. Childhood habit.

It changes depending on my schedule but its basically like that.

Before lifting I ALWAYS stretch before. But for running I get a good 10min warm up run, nothing hard at all, then stretch just not the same way as I would before I lift. After returning from a run I will then stretch like I do before I lift and then I can lift and exercise at my place. I usually am not sore at all and if I am its that good sore where I know I worked for it.
Oh ya I'd derail that hoe, 4 sho.
