Dude, my gawd...omelets are the best.
My personal fave is: tomato, broccoli, feta cheese...I prefer omelets for dinner though.

mmm yes fresh homegrown tomatoes ftw. my parents grow them usually as well. And one of my grower buddies goes all out, has like a 30 foot lattice for tomatoes. Dude is seriously pro captain.
