Looks like spidermites or thrips to me... How about a bit of information?
Temps? Humidity? Ph? Water and fertilizer frequency? Type and amount of fert? Have you noticed any insect activity around the plants? Type of light and distance from the plant? Age of the plant?

Temps: 30 - 20 celsius Humidity 65% Ph: dont know Water and fertilizer frequency: water every day, fertilized 2 months ago with humus Type and amount of fert: humus, 2 spoons Have you noticed any insect activity around the plants: no Type of light and distance from the plant: outodoors, no direct sunlight Age of the plant: 3 months

look underneath the leaves and check if there are n e shit looking ball things(spider mites). then shake a plant and see if anything flys away (thrips)
