im getting a bad cold, and im wondering if anyone here has had either airborne or the zicam swobs. Im gonna head over to walgreens and pick one of them up. does this shit work or is it a gimmic?

Airborne just contains all the vitamins and minerals your supposed to be getting, mixed with fizzy powder, it is good for building your immune system to prevent a cold, but won't do anything to relieve symptoms or cure/get over a cold. I also prefer Emergen-C over Airborne.
Zicam works outstanding at reducing the length of your cold or sickness. If you take it on the onset (first signs of symptoms) it will shorten your sickness duration greatly! I prefer the nose swabs or the dissolvable pieces over the drinkable kind...yuck!
