Fastest..
Set down a paper towel on top of your cable box and leave some buds there.
If you want maximum quality though you need to dry/cure your buds properly. What I usually do is set aside the shittiest buds for sacrifice and dry them out the quick way to get a taste.

Fast drying in the microwave sucks balls you barely will notice a buzz at all but a good way to fast dry is to take out the amount you are going to smoke and cut it all up super fine. Spread it out over a plate with as much surface area as possible and put a fan on it for like 5-6 hours and mix it around every hour or so to make sure it drys evenly. You will actualy get stoned fast drying this way I have done it before a bunch of times when I couldnt wait and no heat is involved to destroy any thc. Obviously it still has a crappy taste but it will be bone dry and hold a flame.

Hang for 7-10 days, until the small stems snap when bent. Place in a brown paper bag folded over for 2-3 days. Cut bud off large stems and put them in mason jars. Open them once a day for 2 weeks, about 20 minutes per burp. If you have the patients for it, after about one month, you will have the best weed you've ever smoked.
If you want it fast you will lose a lot of taste and a bit of potency.
