it most cases they would rather take your money then place you in a jail
If you have teh resource/employment
they know they can charge you for teh crime and more then likely you'll agree

they actually allow you .02 considering your not legal to drink? that's pretty solid
I'm not allowed anything and I'm of legal age. Then again I don't have a valid license and I drunk drive a lot as of lately. Even when I had my intermediate license I wasn't allowed any blood alcohol you need to have it for 2-3 years to be allowed some I think they allow you .05 then they move it up to .08 in another year or two... dunno really.

StillB, I am glad that everything worked out for you. They are pretty good about giving you time to pay fines too, at least they were when I had to pay back like 360$, I was given 6 months then got an extension

Yeah but you could probably have a drink and sit around for a few and blow under .02 at least... compared to no tolerance.
Literally if I blow .001 I could get a DUI, I know it's happened to some people in Canada before. It's something ridiculous like I had a beer and got pulled over 3 hours later... then they get busted.

I doubt you could get a DUI for a .001
wash your hands with hand sanitizer and you probably have a .005
wash your mouth out with listerine tack on another .01

There have literally been completely insane DUI's handed out in my city definately below .01 I can't remember exactly bu I could probably find out.
We talked about them in my AA class heh.

I see?? wow..i used to drive while i smoked. stupid as fuck, I admit it but i dont do it now. Well I dont have a car but even if i did, nope i will do it at home.
But yes I see, fucking Utah is worse then even with just simple posession now on first time offenders. 1000$ fine plus 6 months in jail..the 6 months in jail is gone if you complete 6 months for expensive drug classes. but you still have to pay the 1000$..plus im sure community service. This is just for simple possession..add a dui to that..oh you are fucked, that is that plus the fine for the dui..etc..etc.
Oh a dui requires classes as well..oh fuck.

yeah seriously. why i try to never drive intoxicated anymore. got too many drugs in my blood... lol.
i want to try to do every drug that they test for on a standard test and then take a home test, then somehow frame the results on my wall.

Yea I will stop posting in this thread, im getting sad..im trying to enjoy my beer. I got into trouble many times in my life, I have had a dui..almost 2 others, I lucked out on getting busted on.. I wont get into details on here right now.
I have drove countless times where I could have got a dui..even at moderate levels...been busted for weed twice, done a few other things all at once that could have landed me in jail for a few years but good thing for lawyers and drug classes...but I dont have any felonys yet.
