Saw a slow motion of it with some close up. There's a side shot so you can see his elbow is going in the OPPOSITE direction it's supposed to go in.  Don't think he'll be weightlifting for a while. Never saw the need to put large amounts of mass above myself.

i love the pump. if you stick with working out long enough to see the results it gets addicting.
i have only been at it for a little over a month, but i work out hard and eat right. i'm still a skinny mother fucker, but now i'm getting some muscle

ps don't ever forget your ipod if you go to the gym. i did yesterday and was completely miserable. i think most of it was all the new freshman who don't know what they are doing and getting in the way.

i really gotta get into lifting again, i haven't been to the gym much since graduating from college, over a year ago. i used to lift everyday, and eat like a horse, got up to 210 lbs jacked, now i'm 195 with the start of a beer belly. i was repping 225 on bench for a long time, i'd probably kill myself if i tried that now.
