 Could one of these be used in a grow closet to deodorize the air, assuming an intake/exhaust system was in place in the closet. Would this be a good alternative to carbon scrubber filters?
This particular sanitizer has an O3 sanitizer feature, which can supposedly completely sanitize the air in a 3500 sq ft. room/dwelling. O3 may be bad for plants, though?

I was looking into building or buying an 03 generator for odor reduction, but I feel more confident with carbon, plus with carbon filters, you have to run a fan anyway to keep air fresh, so it doesn't really cost much more for energy to run the filter as opposed to having to run the o3 when needed. If you are going to go with an ozone generator you dont need the gimmicky ionic part and the way they hardly even mention the ozone part I doubt it is very effective at that. Here's a list of some other ones. I don't buy from bettergrowhydro because they aren't the cheapest but I like browsing them because they don't sell crap, they test the stuff and if it doesnt work as advertised they don't sell it.
I remember when digital ballasts first came out and BGH wouldn't sell certain ones because they did tests with light meters and found that they lose intensity 15 minutes after they turn on etc.. and have other problems.
