I am focusing on Tai Chi as developed through study of Acupuncture to help with Stress and PTSD.
I practice a couple minutes every day and spend most of my time reading Medicine and circulating Chi.
Lately I have been studying Wu Shen.
I need to learn Chinese!  Thanks!

I want to be like all the cool kids and speak Chinese!
I practiced 8 steps with my 3 foot stick on the Porch today!
I also practiced my grounding and centering Chi Gong!
Great for PTSD Nightmares.

I learned a lot of nuts and bolts Medicine for PTSD today.
I get the nightmares.
My study of Wu Shen has been extremely fruitful, as has my study of TCM in General.
Thanks!
Mike.

It's 2:30 am in Seattle, Saturday Morning.

I'm another Dragon/Crane Boxer.
The linking forms are Pigeon Fists.
I know five elements with relationships and interactions between all elements.
People make healthy or unhealthy changes.
There is also the famous Fusion of 5 Elements.
I mastered Yin Yang and 5 Elements.
I am learning the TCM System!  It is fascinating.

Just made an amazing new batch of hot-sauce with some homegrown cayenne and habanero while brewing myself some Bohetang Puerh tea.

What you guys up to today?

I’m mostly just hanging around and toking, appetite has been shitty lately, probably due to crohns.

Hard to want to do anything when you feel like shit, but you know how it goes; got systems to maintain.

I am reading a book called The Channels of Acupuncture, and looking up Points in a reference book I have.
I've been cross referencing everything.  Just studying Acupuncture.  Theory.  I need to catch up with Herbs Again.
Much of the same theory is used in the Herbal Medicine as in the other branches of healing in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The AI does many things in Medicine better than a human, yet AI will never have Chi, and so can't implement Energetic Healing Modalities.  You essentially need a Human to do it.

I think I've figured out what I'm planting for this round, now that all 32 of my seedlings have died

I'm doing a mix of THC/CBD fems and regs, as well as some straight THC and some THC/THCV seeds.  I only have 5 left from the packs I was going to run, but I'm going to run those too.  Those will be THC/CBD + the varins + maybe even CBG/V.

Growing any plant is soooo hit or miss, also you gotta get through the n00b stage before you really get a a handle on shit. Had a mixed bag of successes and failures this year, for cannabis though it was a straight flop. Better luck next time.

I’ve gotten to the point where I consider myself a fairly competent grower, I haven’t had issues with seedlings or cloning in years, outside of when I make stupid mistakes, like this time.  To me, the important part is that I was able to identify what went wrong, and correct it for future grows.  Better to make that mistake on $90 worth of seeds I can still replace rather than an old bodhi pack that pops up on resale sites for $300+ from time to time.

Still bums me out a bit, the trade off being I’ve decided to pop some stuff I’ve been looking forward to revisiting for almost a decade…. Wait, is that how old these seeds are? Damn, guess it is time to pop them!

I love knowing some Traditional Chinese Medicine!
I check my tongue and use diet and herbs to help with my health.
I need to go to a school to get experience in clinic.
