The easiest answer because I’m a man who does not like to waste. Is to have a balloon next to you.
Don’t be afraid to leave a little corner of your mouth open just a little bit to get some nice cold air in there so you don’t cough and waste all your smoke.
When you exhale do it into the balloon.
This is the easiest way to let somebody try a dab for the first time without having to take that harness on themselves. It is effective I have tested this myself with other people.
You can also just take that back into yourself. Get the full effect of your hit.
