I'm off a da booze and I've been makin a real effort to stay positive and not let myself get pissed the fuck off at work like I used too.
So far its working good. I'm with a good crew, makes a world of difference.
I'm sure the mushrooms have been helping with that too.
Got to keep your chin up. And stay hydrated.
Everyday above ground is a good one.
Beautiful Picture there. Love country cruisin. I drove around all this last weekend.
I'll add one from my journeys.
Gotta love it man.
Thats Interstate 10 there in the background. The farm those Longhorn are on goes back to the people that settled that area, early 1800's, same family.

Its important to note that its impossible to maintain something like staying positive all the time. You do eventually have to ride that wave back down into negative attitudes because thats just the way life is. Don't beat yourself up if you are depressed, thinking you ought to be more positive, because that only exacerbates it. Embrace it like any other part of life, and just know it'll always change. Nothing is permanent.
I think some of my most constructive periods was during the depths of depression. It doesnt feel like it while youre in it, but you learn a lot once its done. I once had a friend tell me that I thrive in negativity. Its just about ridin it out.
Its like a bad trip.
A really long, daily bad trip. That makes you really tired.
