So I am going to have 4 plants max is a 2'x2' big enough for effecient lighting and grow space for 4 plants?

I wouldn't go smaller than a 2x4. Ideally you should go with a 4x4, as that would comfortably fit 4 plants and is an easy size to find accessories for. But if you can't afford to light/run a 4x4, a 2x4 would fit 4 plants if you squeeze them in there, depending of course on the pot size.
There's also the height factor to consider, as most 2x2 tents are shorter than most 4x4s.

This is my temporary veg tent until I can get real tent and a good light it will have top and a fan blowing lightly from bottom but here it is as stands so far am I doing the right thing until I can buy the proper things?
