its a legal herb in sweden and it says it should have same effects as cannabis but im not sure i can link site if u want. but its all in swedish..

You probably mean Spice Gold. It's one of the few "cannabis substitutes" that's actually supposed to work. The catch is, it's basically as spendy as weed, so it's only worthwhile if you're on probation or something.

spice... it works. it's not the same as marijuana. it is legal, you can buy it on ebay and from a site that is located in the US. spiceworld420.com i think... something like that. just search google.
lot of discussion about it on the everyonedoesit forums because most people on that forum are from europe (the company who makes it won't allow it to be sold to the United States and certain countries, however certain websites do sell it to Americans).

nope, i don't want to. in my mind, cannabis is safer and way better. that's why the other is sold as a 'legal alternative'

Very true. Someone GCMSed Spice and found substantial levels of phthalates, presumably from the company's use of non-HDPE#2 plastic in the extraction process. Phthalates = cancer.
