Have you used 1P before? I take it you've never dosed L either?
100mcg -150mcg would be best for your first time

Ive had 1P many times just never L. I believe Ive had a shuglin compound sold as L before too, stuff was nasty.
I liked 1P though Im just a little cautious as a 'naut given the existence of fet and friends.

Last time I dosed it was with a friend a few thsnks ago, we ended up playing that new Mario game on switch for like 6 hours straight lmao and it fucked my sinuses all to hell felt like they were clogged and radioactive lol but the game it was AMAZING
