 Shipping Container for Growing

Hey All
I work for a container company and we are looking into producing containers for growers that aren't completely decked out like the Pharmpods but are also a little more ready for growers than just your basic container.
This being said I'm looking for what you guys would consider the most important basic features of a container for growing (vents, electricity, rooms, etc).
Right now we intend on painting the containers with white titanium dioxide paint for reflectivity, man doors (instead of having to open the container door), and insulation.
What are your guys' suggestions?

These options would be cool.
Light hangers
Electrical ports
One or two facuets that you can hook up via a hose outside.
Mylar throughout the interior
Intake and exhaust vents
Carbon filters for odor control
Co2 hook up
Built in oscillation fans
Ballast holders

How much these going to cost and can they be shipped and or hauled to the person ? I want one lol

We're still trying to figure out pricing, as it's dependent on what features we add, but hoping to keep them in the 7-10k range (which includes delivery  )
