 when should I apply 10-52-10 fert.?

So I have established sex, and now she's coming along well with the nitrogen I've been feeding her.
When do I know it's time to start feeding bloom booster? I have the Miracle Grow 10-52-10 I use on other plants and flowers around the yard. Is this okay to use on my plants?

yeah, already started... didn't get any replies when I first posted this, so I just asked around...
started them off with half dose and now I am up to full dose ... we'll see what happens.
