transporting a clone from indoor to outdoor

hi,

my friend grew a clone i gave him for about 6 weeks; it's looking healthy.

the thing is, I now want to move it to outdoors and grow it in my backyard. The thing is, I only have about 2.5-3 months left to finish growing it, as I live in a northern climate and it starts getting cold here around the third week of September. I was wondering if this would enough time to fully grow a good plant? It will either be a cotton candy or gdp, not sure which clone I am going to take back.

It won't get that big but it could have potential. But there's a lot more to worry about outdoors.
Bugs,rodents,deer,weather conditions etc
