Testing THC percentage?

Hey, in my country, hash is cheaper than weed per gram.
So this must mean, that many other substances are added, to add weight to the hash, right?

So my question is, is it possible, to test the THC percentage of hash and add a filler, in order to get the desired THC percentage?

Dissolve in 90 percent alcohol then filter through coffee filter. Hopefully any unwanted plant matter is left behind.


And you can use this testing kit for THC,cbd levels.

I was thinking if there was a filler material, which burns fine and isn't harmful, but which allow for a lower THC % per gram. Is it possible to increase the weight of the hash, by adding a filler?
