The internode yellowing looks like Magnesium deficiency. Pretty hot and dry and your plant looks droopy and in need of water. The margin yellowing looks like some kind of problem as in a fungal problem or virus perhaps that is causing the leaf to die there at the margin. That kind of thing can spread so not a good thing. Try a little Cal-Magic with your next watering and see if the internode yellowing goes away. 1 tablespoon a gallon. Also pH of 7 seems a bit high the 6.8 or even a little lower makes more sense even in soil. They really don't like neutral. Without knowing more about your water it's hard to really say what other things could be going on. Is it hard, soft? Sounds soft and a bit acidic. Now you really need some minerals.
Can I use fox farm tiger bloom? And I'm using Ozarka bottled water right now but Iwill test if it's hard or soft. And what should I do about the dyi g leaf?

Bloom fertilizer wouldn't be a good idea in veg. Too low in nitrogen, too high in phosphorus and potassium. Try the Cal-Magic at 1 tablespoon a gallon and water a couple of times and see what happens. In a week or two start adding some veg fertilizer. Fox Farms has them along with many many other suppliers.
What is a dyi g leaf? Oh, dying. I probably would to try to keep it from spreading...
