So my mini-bong has been broken for quite some time and I am thinking about replacing in the near future. I want to check out something with a percolator. I am looking for something rather specific so it's been hard to research.
I want something that:
-About 12' tall
-Angled neck so I don't have to bend mine
-Around $100-$150 price range
-Needs to be for flowers
-Glass. Not into the other materials too much
For now, I'm still using my incredibowl m420 which I absolutely love, but is more for travel rather than at home. If you guys haven't tried one, you should check it out.  The Sherlock Holmes attachment for it is classy as fuck too.

Check out grav labs. Theyre everything you described.
I personally hate percs. I had a few with one, two, and three percs each and they all sucked.
Now i use a regular 18" straight tube, no brand. I replaced the downstem and bowl with sheldon black diffusers and got some sheldon black ash catchers. If i want extra filtration then i use the ash catch.
Or i just dab out of it with no ash catch using my HE infiniti.
Also, you can smoke flowers out of an oil rig, you just need to buy a female joint flower bowl.

That's so fucked up, I wrote you a response earlier this morning and it somehow isn't here! That's kind of super fucking annoying.
Anyway, get a nice glass on glass honeycomb rig (I dont like showerhead percs as much). Really helps to draw that thick smoke man, I love them a lot but have a bong with dinosaurs on it right now so I'm set. Pretty easy to find one right in your price range.

I rather like the perc bongs personally. I haven't owned one so I can imagine they must be a pain to clean. Even the bowl I use has a perc on it hahaha. I'm just not sure what kind of percs are more effective. The bong my friend has is really good, but it's like 3 feet tall D:.
That looks pretty decent for the price. The mouthpiece looks really sturdy, which is good since that's where the last bong broke at.
Dinosaurs on your bong? Fucking awesome lol. I never though about it, but I could get somebody to paint something on mine for that extra flare.
