I use dyna-gro and th ey are outdoors, under a sun shade thing

No way is that nitrogen deficiency,. N def. Starts at the bottom of your plant, not the top. You're looking at a deficiency that is immobile. Most likely a micro nute.
Like was stated before fill out the questionnaire and that will help us help you

I'd flush the soil then feed with this for a few feedings then replace whatever your feeding with with a new bottle or even brand.

If your Ph is off it can cause nutrient lockout. Flushing can help.
 
I posted a clearer version of that one deficiency poster and attached some deficiency guide I compiled from mostly Canna's zine.

Why under a shade thing? Cannabis needs full sun to thrive. Also, is that an Aloe sharing the pot with your plant? Can I ask why you planted them together?

My roomate keeps putting them there despite my protests. And because here it get 120 degrees and they don't need that. Maybe I'll try setting her in the sun right now. Anyone know a way I can test the soil?

What are you testing it for ?? PH Just ph you water then ph the first few drops of run off and t will tell you the ph of your water.
