Autoflower advice?
    #769180 - 02/16/15 10:45 AM (2 years, 6 days ago)

Hey hope u can help. This is my first experience with Autoflowers as I was sold them by mistake. I have a 3 wk old northern light fem Autoflower.  Growing in a pint size pot of biobizz lite. Using ph'd water. Under a 90w ufo led.

The plant is 5 nodes but barely 3 inches high and is already showing hairs. I have another plant under the exact same conditions just slightly older and it is about 3 times as big and beginning to show hairs too.

So is this as big as this plant will get now it is beginning to flower? Autoflowers are really confusing to me. I haven't even had a chance to repot it!

Also out of interest is there a way to prolong the veg state of an Autoflower say by keeping it under only 6500k light? Thanks all

They will still get bigger the 3 inch Plant will probably be about 18 inches when done if not bigger. Don't repot them auto flowers are real sensitive to repotting. And no you can't keep it in veg that's why there called auto flowers the automaticly flower. Just let them grow I like autos myself

Cool thanks man. Yea I could get to like em too. If cost of seeds were no object it would be real easy to do a SOG and would finish in good time.

Im just thinking I have already repotted the other autoflower. Fingers crossed its ok. Even if I only get one cola off this short lady ill be happy enough especially since it will only be taking up a small area in grow box.

Out of interest I am still curious what would happen if an autoflower never received red 2700k light. Could it still produce decent bud?
