I dose twice a day. Once before work or school which is an 8 - 10 gram dose then again around noon which is a 4 gram dose.

once in the evening 9-11 grams. sometimes a few days in a row; sometimes just one day inbetween 2-5 days.

What do you do the small redose for, and do you feel the effects of a booster like that. To boost intensity, or to make the experience longer?
Do you find tolerance rises after dosing 2x a day for many days? Do you take tolerance breaks? If so how long do you take them for, and do you noticeably feel it working better when you come back again?

I actually do feel the redose, it extends the feeling AND elongates the experience.
My tolerance doesn't go up, I take the same amount every day, somewhere between 8 - 10 grams for the first dose.
I take t-breaks on my days off from school/work. TO be honest it feels the same to me.
TO answer PB. I eat a hefty breakfast in the morning, and a semi light lunch, depends on what I'm up to that day. For dinner I either juice a veggie/fruit mix or eat something light.

I try and eat very light for breakfast and then hold off til 4, dose kratom then eat dinner.
I want to get the science of eating food and taking kratom. 80% of the time only dose for school which is 4 days a week. The other 2-3 days is my t break.
I want to know when I can eat without affecting my kratom.
Can I eat breakfast and lunch then chill for a few hours then drink my kratom and not feel a decrease?

In my experience it hits better on an empty stomach. That time for me is the morning as my body has processed all of the prior day's food.
I've made it a sort of ritual to dose my kratom and eat within 10 - 15 minutes. That way my kratom is digested alongside the food.
If I dose after I eat, I won't feel anything at least an hour or two after dosing. Happens to me every time I have a heavy dinner and still feel full in the morning.
You should be able to eat bfast and lunch and still dose and feel krat but you should try to have a light lunch so you can give your body enough time to digest that lunch. Once it starts to grumble dose up and eat if you must. Basically dose THEN eat.

I usually don't eat till dinner or eat a light breakfast, but it sucks not eating just to eat kratom.

I ask because when I was initially started using kratom, either my kidneys or liver would be in pain. I then began to change my diet and the problem stopped completely. Soda and sugars damage your liver and adding kratom to that can make the liver work ten times harder.

My diet is semi healthy. Mostly lean meats,fruits,and vegetables (red meat once a week).I haven't noticed any adverse effects myself was just asking because of what I heard.

ive been using it for 7 years now... recently had my bloodwork and a physical done. he said im healthy as an ox. All my levels in my liver/kidneys is normal. So im not to worried about it.
I dont really drink tho... just do coke and mdma a few times a year.
