 Got a couple of questions

Can anyone offer some advice on what ailment this is?
Symptoms: brown upward curling tips, yellowing of some lower leaves, slightly twisted pale growth near top. It's not bad at the moment but if it gets worse I'll make a thread in diagnosis with the full amount of information.
   
2nd, is this plant flowering? I didn't think it was an auto, and has been under 18/6 light it's whole life  It could be an auto though, I was sloppy of keeping track of what was what when I first planted these

I wasn't going to just yet because it looks so minor but sure thing.
Soil Growers:
1. Are you growing from seed or clones?
seed
2. How old are your plants?
about a month
3. How tall are your plants?
not exactly sure, this one is probably around a foot and a half tall
4. What size containers are they planted in?
.63 gallon smartpot
5. What is your soil mix?
100% FFOF
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering?
Haven't watered in a week or maybe even two. I daily water the coco in the same tray and it soaks up some of the liquid from the tray. I feed coco with 350ppm-500ppm maxigro with 3mL cal-mag 5.7-6.1pH
7. What is the pH of your water?
Always 5.7-6.5pH
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
haven't been giving it nutrients directly but maxigro 10-5-14 I think it is. Cal-mag 2-0-0
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
none
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
208 Watts of t5 for the first 25 days and 400w MH for the past 3 or 4 days.
11. How close are your lights to the plants?
6 inches - 8 inches
12. What size is your grow space in square feet?
W×L×H in inches 24×48×60
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
60-80 F 60-75 RH
14. What is the pH of the soil?
not sure
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
none for the past week but I had some flies a few weeks ago
16. How much experience do you have growing?
little to none
