She always made my tummy feel better and boy does it hurt. Its either from the 2 sloppy joes, the tub of peanutbutter cup ice cream, all the damn tater tots or the handfuls of tramadol. Either way, my tummy hurts.

Is it? I never really looked into it. I'm thinking it was just gas. I swallowed a bunch of air and held it in. Now I can't stop farting, but it is helping with my stomach.

It may be gas it can cause it. I was on it for a good while and it was miserable and after I looked into it I realized how bad it is. Generally for people who use it for extended periods but I do hear you talking about it a bunch.
I used pepto before I took it for awhile and it helped...maybe the coating of the stomach or something I have no idea.
Why do you take it? Recreation? If it's prescribed for pain I would talk to your doctor about it because fuck that shit for long periods.

Last night fucking sucked...
About 3 this morning I said fuck it and drove to walmart. Ate a bunch of stomach med and was finally able to fall asleep around 530.
