 Random Stomach Bug

So this totally sucks and hit me like a train.
I was in bed with my girl last night, watching movies, laughing having a good time. Then out of no-where, I was just like..
"Damn, My stomach hurts all of a sudden"
She's like
"You gonna be okay babe"
"No, I think I'm --- PUKE..OMFG.. PUKE... NO PLEASE.. PUKE"
So I drove her home, Puked on the side of the road on the way back. Walked back upstairs to my room, Puked again.
Stomach is empty, drank a glass of water, puked 30 minutes after that.
Fell asleep till 3am, woke up so I could puke, then again at 530, and again at 7. No it's 120pm and I just woke, and feel like I got hit by a bus.
How the hell does this happen! Fine one second, and complete wreck the next. No warning or anything.
Anyone else got a stomach bug? My mom said it's prolly going around.

Sounds like food poisoning, maybe.
That's exactly what happened to me when I got it. I used to love raspberries, but now I can't eat them anymore without feeling sick

Sounds like you need to eat better and get some exercise so in the future the most you get is a minor head cold.

That's the thing though, I eat great now ( Not so much 2 months ago ) and I exercise a lot more.
I'm in purdy decent shape.

Yea, maybe it is just you have a naturally underpowered immune system. THe last time I was violently ill as in puking(besides from drugs) has been many many years. I usually just get a cough or runny nose once or twice a year probably due to the fact that I smoke weed and cigs.

Sounds lining to me too. I had it once. I puked until I went to the doctor. Dr gave me a shot of something and told me to get home fast cause it was going to knock me out. I slept for like 6 hours and woke up much better.

Its been like 2 years since I have eaten zucchini, and thats a tasty vegetable grilled.
I think I am going to give it a shot soon.
