Over-watering is the first thing that comes to mind but Im sure someone will chime in with more possibilities.

Pics would be helpful.
Could  be ph issue.
Do you have enough aeration?

i should have enoff air i bought a air pump that is the biggest i could get from hydro farm that is a commerical grade that pushes 110L a min that has 12 lines .. but have it set up so that is pushing air threw only 6 lines.

the ph right now is at 5.8 i let it jump between 5.5-6.0

i posted pics in my grow log http://www.growery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/741394.

oh if the lights are too close could that be a issue? i did raise my lights a little just in case.

Either over watering, pH, or Nitrogen. Possible a pH issue causing Nitrogen deficiency.

Edit: Looked at your pictures and I am going to say pH. Your plant is showing signs of stress(redish stems).

Are you checking your pH? Know what it is? Are you using tap water?
