Finally had a whole day that I had nothing to do. It was nice to bum around the house for the most part before heading back to work Friday and Saturday
Got to finish cleaning up the house a bit before cooking dinner
Doing a couple NY Strip Steaks with asperagus and either rice or mac n cheese (havent decided yet)
Anyways, whats up with you fine folk??

Only like a mile and a half, this crazy weather has my knees aching bad. Put a good sprint in at the end at least.

I dont like Heineken either, Heineken Light is alright but Heineken just has that strong funky flavor
I doubt ill get beer tonight but at least were having a bomb dinner
Got the steaks sitting out now, going to get them oil'd up and seasoned in bout 25 mins

had court today and got a plea deal for some more consecutive probation
6 months to a year depending on what the judge decides... at least it's not jail
At this rate I am adding on probation quicker than I am walking it off... up to 5 years, 10 months + 6-12 additional months

yep, I will be on probation until the time I turn 33.
Unless they made a mistake in my initial case. I believe I only got 4 years probation, but the probation office said 6 years, so I do need to get that clarified

yeah basically.. Ive been staying away from everything though
I might give myself some leniency when things calm down just a little bit more and I have the extra money but for now, I am just staying on my grind and doing things legitimately

yeah, its best to stay home and out of trouble. POs have no problem throwing MTRs around.
look at it this way. for every 1 person he locks up, its one less ass hole he has to see or keep up on during the week.
they also deal with ass holes day in and day out. any little thing will set them off...
it can be done and you can still have your fun, you just have to be smart about it. which is why i always say,
"know your dates and know your drugs"

I go to get my permit in 2 weeks for my actual license
Get sentenced in 2 weeks to some more probation
But I should have my shit reduced from 6 years to 4 years since I went and got my disposition from the public defenders office. That would be nice.

Update-
All my legal stuff is finally resolved, I got an additional 6 months probation for my paraphernalia case which isnt bad at all
Got potentially a 2nd job as a head cook making 9 bucks an hour starting with a 1$ pay raise after 30 days, I find out tomorrow if I got the job, so I would be working about 50 hours a week between the 2 places...
Go to get my license in the next week
Things keep progressing

Meh, I did smoke a couple joints last week after I saw my PO but that's all I am going to do, and wont even be doing that very often

Found out that I got the other job today, find out my schedule on Monday
It's going to be hard working both of them since they both have the same peak business times but I will make it work for as long as I can and hopefully bank some decent money
I am hoping the job I have been at for a little over a month now will let me go to manager training school which is 6 weeks long but would give me a really nice pay raise
Life is improving but 6 years, 3 months of probation remaining

Well I just had my first night of my job, they started me out in the dish area which is fine by me since I still get paid as a cook. I would actually rather do dishes, nobody bothers you and you can just do your own thing and work at your own pace
But it's super chill, way more laid back that my other job and so far the people seem cool too... Not to mention there are much hotter chicks that work at this job. My other one has nothing but fatties and crackheads
Cant wait to start getting double paychecks, that shit will make it all worth it
How is everyone doing round these parts?

I had a little setback losing my primary job, but I am going to start looking for another 2nd job... Hopefully the other place gives me some more hours now that my availability will be open... they pay is better at this place anyways (started at 9.00/hr) so maybe it will all work out for the best but it sucks that just as things were starting to get stable financially that I have to start over again...

At least I am still complying with probation and havent violated, so there is that.
