 looking for herbal press to prees out green dragon!

so im making tinctures from my leftovers using high proof alc.
all i do is preheat the weed ans soak it in alc.
im looking for something to help me press out the soaked weed - something like a garlic press just bigger.
anyone got any ideas?

A French Press for latte coffee will work. I've done this before too, it can be tricky though.

Yeah they sell these acrylic garlic presses that work in a piston fashion, you screw it down and it squeezes out the front you could put a filter in the front. Another idea is getting a big horse syringe, they sell them at my local hydro shop for $5 for measuring out liquid ferts...I just put a coffee filter paper in the front, just use a little square and fold it over and kind of crumple it so it doesnt block the hole, then put your greens in there and squeeze, it works very well.

a thin t shirt or cheesecloth.
Put in a funnel... pour the liquid through.... then squeeze the fuck outta it till it all comes out.
I used this method for my last tincture. and have used it for other projects as well

A metal screen coffee filter might work best for the final filtering, after cheesecloth, otherwise its too hard to use with a lot of solids.
I still think a potato ricer would be the best thing, just put some cheese cloth inside it for added filtration. That way you can press out the excess liquid with ease and not having to handle the actual product when squeezing out a ball of cheesecloth.

ya i used a screen like that recently (turns out it was for my tincture) . I didnt strain it first tho.... prob would been easier then pushing down for that long
i used the cheese cloth for my ABV cookies
