it stinks real good and i like how bushy it is . is it worth growing this out a little longer to get the pollen ? or should i not risk it. what do you guys think ?

THat is on you. Now if it has the qualities you like in a bud and want to transfer over to the seed then yeah keep it. Now find a female to go with it.

i really like the qualities but how can i do this without the pollen gettin all over the place?

Take a cutting when the balls are about to open. Stick it in a glass of water in a another room. Then collect the pollen.

You forgot part. Put a mirror or a piece of glass under the balls so that when the pollen drops it's easy to make into a pile and package.
Keep it dry. Pollen dies when it gets wet. Then freeze it if it's gonna be stored.
