Mostly active mescaline containing cacti, but I've got a collection of rare succulents. Not very many true cacti though aside from my army of trichocereus.

I've been working with fresh material instead of dried though. I like to give it a couple freeze/thaw cycles before PCing too. Makes the skins much easier to remove and breaks the cell walls.
PT is quite variable from my experience. Fresh Bridgesii is more reliable IMO.

how i do it.....
1-simmer cactus for few hours in a slow cooler. if ur cactus is dry add lots water... u want it soupy ,not sllimey if possible
2-Make sure to add lots fresh lemon juice or bottled lemon juice. the more acidic the "Tea" the better at getting alkaloids
3 strain gunk through a tee shirt or FINE mesh,,,, good luck, takes a while,
5, save save gunk and chunks ..... and boil another batch with lemon/water. strain' again.
6 (do it a 3rd time if u want.)
7. Grab all 3 liquids and simmer liquids till it exaps in volume to the doses u want
-I find 40-80gm are a light to intense trip (50 is usual)
- u can freeze it for another night .... least it has worked for me
best time ever was drinkin PT tea and snowboarding under the stars allll night.... laughed till 5 am.... me and 4 dudes passed A 4L jug back and fourth till we couldn't stop laughing.... like fucking howling. what a happy drug/ trip. we actually rocked those boards under the moon oddly enough (we had night vision i guess)

That trip reads like fun man. Snowboarding on mesc. 
Thanks man, yea this is basically my method without the freezing or thawing. I tend to blend all the chunks so I can only deal with liquid.
I range my doses by the foot, a good intense trip for me is roughly about 2 feet but that may be due to the potency(or lack of) of the stuff I'm using.
Chris do you know what was dose of the brigesii juice for phish?

I'm bakin some brownies today. One batch of Dream Queen and one batch Fire OG. Also reducing some cactus tea down. Heading out to a music fest tomorrow and gotta be ready.

I'm excited about the Dream Queen ones because I don't think I've made sativa brownies before. Mostly indicas. I'll have daytime ones and nightime ones. I used a dark chocolate brownie mix too.

Damn them dream queen brownies turned out REALLY strong tasting. Got the Fire ones in the oven now. The batter tasted really strong when I licked the spoon.
