In a pressure cooker with distilled water. I don't use any lemon juice or anything like that. I PC for 25 minutes, let cool thoroughly, squeeze out in a t shirt to get all the liquids out, then freeze the pulp. I repeat this 3 times.
I've been working with fresh material instead of dried though. I like to give it a couple freeze/thaw cycles before PCing too. Makes the skins much easier to remove and breaks the cell walls.
PT is quite variable from my experience. Fresh Bridgesii is more reliable IMO.

ya ive done a few batches, just with dry though....
i find straining the hardest part..... even with a very fine t shirt it takes FOREVER!!!!! even with squeezing, its hard. the "snot" clogs it, and wont drain....
Ive done a few iso extracts, but never found them strong or to properly work... ex. takin equivalent to 80gms in extract then going to bed a few hrs later

The chips I had were pretty weak too. I get more snottiness with the chips, but since I've been brewing fresh material I've also been using the PC which I've heard helps reduce the snottiness too.

Actually the cactus was a little old so the effects were felt but not to the extent that I expected. I was not able to find the lemon oil in person so I have to order that shit. Dry smashed and wet smashed all boxes
