whats the best method for getting the most hash from straight buds? i cant do trimmings right now cuz i dont get enough off my plants

most hash = use keif screen/silk skeen. (more fine the better quality)
if u got lots, use bubble bags. least u get different grades. keep the full melt

ok but what if i did BHO with like an oz of buds? i was reading some people say not to whip and some people dont vaccum and how many cans of butane do you usually use? i saw a video and the dude said use as much until the liquid coming out of the glass tube is no longer yellow....

About a can per oz...but it would do a lil more reading before you run an oz of your buds...

Thats alot of bud for one can. Try do a q each time. 4 separate ppulls and add them all to together into the same evap dish. Youll have it mastered by the forth pull. Smaller amounts at a time gets better efficiency. Always have extra cans on standby just incasse. Wait for th couler change and youve got the most out of it. My guess is 6 to 8 cans per cans per oz idd y ave a dozen in case. Nothin worse than running out half way through hnce only doing a q at a time to feel it out.

Check out knotty and farmerjohn on youtube. And BHOmb tubes.
1 oz per can...you can use more but if you do it right the first time any extra pull has a small yield...
Do it slow, use cold butane for higher yield.
I wouldnt mix your pulls together either
My dude runs like a quarter pound at a time and it still looks like shit from colorado so i dont know how a small run would mean better quality...just more work

have you ever made your own tube and screen for extracting? or is the best way just to buy the glass tube and screens separately? do you recommend any?

If you even consider that amatuer pvc shit then just buy your concentrates from someone else
