this shit happens ever where all the time.
my friend was thrown through his fish tank by the pigs here in manitoba.... they responded to a noise complaint. someone let em in. he told them to get the fuck out... they both grabbed him and smashed him into the tank infront of like 7 people. then left

another thing the winnipeg police are famous for is picking up drunk people and driving em 50kms outta the city and leaving em in the middle of no where.... sometimes in the middle of winter. There has been many cases and storys of this here. I think 2 officers did get caught doing this tho. After the shooting of many unarmed people a cop watch group started here. but really what good is that unless they follow every officer 24/7
