 GTA 5 will feature Medical Cannabis Dispensaries

The new game is based in a fictitious version of California, covering areas meant to represent Los Angeles, Venice Beach, etc..
A new, nearly 5-minute trailer reveals that medical cannabis dispensaries will be located in the game; in the trailer, one of the game’s three primary characters (players will switch between the three) is seen leaving a location with a large cannabis leaf on the front, with the words “Medical” next to it; the store is called Smoke on the Water, and you can see the character leave with what appears to be a cannabis-infused drink.
Rockstar Games, the developer behind the game, has thus far been quiet on the subject.
I think it's pretty cool how they introduced medical cannabis into the game.

I saw that too when I watched the trailer, I just hope it's something you can indulge in. (Like walk in, look through and choose strains, method of smoking, vaping, or eating.) Not just somewhere you can stop by and your character just walks in and out and you generically smoke it with no real fun added.

You should be able to walk in and blow everybody away and snatch the weed. Yeah yeah yeah it sounds bad but you all know as soon as you got the game you'd do it.

As long as they don't make dispensaries look like crime-huts I think will be cool. I liked Vice City and Liberty City. I didn't play through San Andreas. Got bored with it.

I am not a cannabis grower. I find the cannabis growers to be the most open to experimenting and sharing out of all of the different botany groups I enjoy. I frequently use the suggestions that I find to apply to own organic gardening and food production.

Looks like there will definitely be marijuana use in the game. 
GTA 5 first title in the series to receive R18+ in Australia
