CFL grow with CCTV @ 3 weeks. maybe slow

hello everyone. this is a screenshot from my CCTV. this grow room is based in an aquarium by night and in the sun by day. the 3 larger plants are 3 weeks old and the 3 smaller ones are about 10 days.
i need someone to confirm that the larger ones are indicas..either OG Kush, Kandy Kush..cuz that batch may have been mixed with freebies I got from nirvana seeds. the smaller ones are definitely amnesia hazes.
I think the whole grow is suffering from superslow speed... I use a chemical fertilizer 19-19-19 and urea pellets.. The soil I bought from a local gardener may or may not have microorganisms required to break that down...I have no idea.
I cannot get my hands on the fertilizers with the micronutrients...that's why I rely on the soil to already have those.
my water is 180ppm from the tap...left in a bucket to de-chlorinate before feeding..pH is 7
plants are fed once every 5 days 800ppm solution
I have a northern lights auto that is even smaller than the hazes and is also about 10 days old...I have no idea why its stunted...any pointers will be great.

Fill out the doctors diagnosis form for better answers...
19-19-19 AND urea pellets? What 19 N isnt high enough already?
Could be a lot of things based on that pic.

Just so know those plants are no-where near needing food. Feeding before they are 4 weeks old is useless.

I hope we can see a smoke report on the amnesia haze. Been considering that on my next purchase.

I really would love to give you a smoke report myself...but I have been trying to grow and failing for a while..my dog ate some..my mom accidently broke the lights so the lamps fell and burned some.. took some seedlings out too young and the sun killed them..
I am really losing hope of smoking some homegrown ganja

Is there any drainage? Every pic has them in soaking wet soil.

yes there is drainage..I give a small spray when I am takingthem out...it could go well over 42*C here in egypt.
the whole pot dries up in a day if i take them out early.... the small one i keep behind the larger ones so the pots themselves don't get any light because they could dry up and kill the plant in a day...(its happened before with the very expensive NL Autos.
magash i am thinking about buying the autos in your sig..have you smoked this hybrid before? indica or sativa...how much time from seed to harvest.. would you ship stealthy to me? how will I pay you ? is it legal in the forum to do so ?

Really can't tell strain traits till the main stalk is developed more. Sorry to hear about the bad luck. Seems like easy lessons to learn from and I'd be lying if I said none that kind of shit has happened to me. Good luck with the heat I think that might be your biggest battle.
