So i think these babys are potassium deficient any input would be greatly appreciated theyve kind of stopped filling out bud wise that is and there only 4 weeks from finished is there any good products hat have alot of K in it that i can buy at the hardware store i put some ash in my res from a fire i had this weekend in hopes of giving some potassium until i flush tomorrow and hopefully add some real nutes

Well first and foremost you need to fill this out.
1. Are you growing from seed or clones?
2. How old are your plants?
3. How tall are your plants?
4. What type of hydro system are you using?
5. What brand/type of nutrients are you using?
6. What is the Ph of your nutrient solution?
7. What is the PPM/EC of your tap water?
8. What is the PPM/EC of your nutrient solution?
9. What is the temperature of your nutrient solution?
10. Does your PPM/EC show a rise or fall when you do your daily PPM check?
11. Does your pH show a rise or fall when you do your daily check?
12. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
13. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
14. How close are your lights to the plants?
15. What size is your grow space in square feet?
16. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
17. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
18. How much experience do you have growing?

2. 5 weeks in to flowering starting week 6
3 about 18 inches i lst them
4 DWC 5 gallon bucket
5 just ran out of fox farm using miracle grow bloom boost at the moment
6 ph is 5.7
7 i dont have a ppm meter
9 id say luke warm about 79 80 degrees
11 sometimes a few tenths of a point
12 400w mh 2 dual horizontal flurrescent 24 inch ballast 25 watt each bulb 1 23w 6500k cfl so 523w
13 i used a cacium carbonate and epsom salt foiler and i was using fox farm big bloom diluted for spray but ran out as mentioned before
14 horizoTALS are 6 an 9 inches away mh is about 21 inches away
15 closet 4x5x9
16 no
17 first grow

I'd say you have at least 2 issues. Temp on the water is too high, needs to be in the 65-70 range. And you are probably giving way too much nutrients is my guess, but without knowing your PPM, it's pretty hard to tell.
How often are you changing out the water?

Yeah I'm with hawks on this one.
Water temps are to high.
When dealing with hydro EC is an important number to know, and watch. I prefer ec to ppm's just easier to deal with that way, imo.
But that miracle grow could be the biggest issue here.

well i dont actually know what the water temp is the room temp is 80 so whatever that makes the water and theres no way i over did the nutes maybe too little if anything

like i said i put a bunch of wood ash in my res and now they have stabilized so they definately have a k defeciency and i added a bunch of nutes too!!

How often are you changing the water? Wood ash? I'm not even sure that's going to be available hydroponically man.

Ash does sound a bit messy for hydro indeed.
But I've only got five years working with hydro, and the man who's helped me most along the way says to have been under the lights since 85.
So I'll watch this guy and see if he can teach me some new tricks.

One stop the folar feedings if you already haven't.
I'm with Hawk on the temps but to be honest I stopped checking mine years ago. If you put your hand in the res and it doesn't feel like a summer day then your fine. (Works for me shut up Hawk )
Try and get a ppm meter. Easiest to use is the truncheon. Your using a nutrient that has no business in a hydro set up. The nutrient itself can be causing the deficiency even though it has plenty of k in it. I'm not going into how that happens the info is easy enough to find and is useless if you're using what your suppose to be using in the first place. (I know can't always be done cost and crap but where there is a will there is a way)
Then do the next logical thing. Empty the res and start with a proper nutrient at the proper ph and ec (I'm into ec also). If you still have a problem at that point then you just have a fuckup in your system of doing things. (which I don't think is the case but needs to be said)

i know im using a bunch of crazy shit guys but i guess im trying to get by for one more week till i flush them anyway but they honestly look a lot better now but i know i should get all of that stuff when i re-veg these two i appreciate your input
