 First grow. Need advice

I got a seed from my romulan and I decided to let it just grow naturally outside. I germinated the seed and put it in some nutrient soil and it started to grow. I live in Nevada and it is out in the middle of nowhere. I just wanted to see if I can get it to grow. Any advice to make it a better plant?

Let it grow in peace for a while, say week or two at least so the plant grows stronger. Also nutrients should be applied for bigger growth. Batguano etc.

But nutrients shouldn't be applied yet, that thing is way to small.
You should pick up some literature on general gardening and a book that's marijuana specific.
Jorge Cervantes has a great book for beginners called Indoor Marijuana Horticulture.
