i had a little 4x2 double chamber tent when i had a bachelor pad ,i ran a 70 cfm bathroom fan done up with a dimmer control coming from a can filter and had great success.

I understand this thread is a little old but if OP logs on again, I though I might add that the sound of the fan will be hard to conceal maybe you can buy a fish tank and make it as noisy as possible?
Lots of air bubbles/pumps running some cheap fish so it looks like you are interested. Might be enough for them not to pay attention for the sound coming from that area.
