http://   hello, wondering if i could get some help building and designing a small stealth grow box only want it to grow mabey 2-3 plants to where i can move outside its about a square foot in each base and about 15in tall heres some pics

Wait do you want to grow them indoors and then plant them outside when they get big enough?

All you need is a couple of small CFL lamps in the white color spectrum, a computer fan to remove heat and another to provide fresh air.
So one pushing air out and one bringing air in.
Basically thats all you need to do if thats what you plan to do.

put the intake fan on the bottom and the exhaust fan near the top, is what i read.
