light hight question

hey just wanted some input on the hight of my 400mh light over my new plants that just sprouted. ive planted 12 seeds and got 11 so far...
the biggest one is the one in the pic its a would say its about 1 inch or so high maybe a little bigger.. the rest all all smaller.

I'd raise that up to 24-36" till they're a bit older, just to be safe. I use LED but rarely even get that close to seedlings. Stretching in the seedlings have a few factors, including how compact the soil is (more compact, less stretch at first.) They look normal though.
