What would be enough watts for one plant. I have 2700k and 6500k. Just need to the the amount of watts and lux for a good grow. Also will it affect the grow if I where to put two small herb plant just to help with the smell? Thank you for any input

How many square feet do you need to cover?
A plant could be 12"in or 5 ft...
How much yield do you want? What's the budget?
