This is my first grow room 
as of lighting I'm using two of these on the top 
and two 65w fluorescent on the sides
i know this is crappy but i'm wondering if its going to work
i'm using a mix soil and 18 hrs lights on and 4 hrs lights off

I don't think those bulbs will work. Get a couple more CFLs instead
What's mix soil?
How are you exchanging air?

Will do, I'm not really sure about the soil mix it was cheap
Il send a pic when I go home.
And about the air I'm just using a rotating fan
I'm really excited about this so I don't wanna fuck up
And where do I get the CFL"s
I looked on Home Depot they had them but theirs watts were low

You need to get fresh air. Is that a closet? Is the door open?
In flowering you will have to let air in (and out) While keeping light out. So basically you need some kind of hole in the door/ walls.
For now, lower the 2 CFLs to right above the plants (1" or so), and keep the door open when possible. They are begging for light.
If that rotating fan is a tower, crack the door a little and put the fan in the crack ( ) so it pulls air in.
HD will have big CFLs, but you might want the smaller ones. The big ones get pretty hot, and are more expensive per watt. Get a four pack of 18 watt ones, that should be enough for that space. Unless I'm misinterpreting the pic.. How big is the space?
What are you planning to do for nutes? Where did the seeds come from? Plan for smell?

Just realized that those are long tube Floros and not CFLs
You can put those even closer, pretty sure they could be touching the plants

Yeah that's a closet it's about 2x2x2 it's small
I got a 26 8 16 for nutrients
I got the seeds from a friend
And for the smell I have an air filter or something like that I got it from my friend when he used to grow mushrooms and weed
I will go and get the lights tomorrow
What else should I get?!
And the temperature in the room is 85

Yeah those aren't going to work well. The 6-8 of the highest watt CFL in the 2700k range.

But those regular floros will work until you get come light in there. Get those as close to the plants as possible.

Ace Home Depot Walmart hardware store...pretty sure Walgreens has them.
But 2x2 isn't so small. You need 50 watts per sq ft minimum. So 200+, if you're planning to fill up that much area

Well don't buy 200$ worth of CFLs lol
To be honest, idk how you can fit them when they mature, height wise. I would get all Floros just because you can't burn the plants with them. 2ft is no good with a 1ft pot of soil.
The best advise I can give you is DON'T go to the store today. Read up on lighting and maybe check out how to make a tent. 200$ can be enough, but you have to plan what you're doing. Speaking from personal experience sadly
