I have no current plants ATM, but i want to start some seeds i have. my previous plants as well as some of my innocent house plants all seem to do real good for a few weeks, then the leaves turn brown and fall off and my plants die :/ any help?

Without knowing anything about your setup, there's nothing we can really do to help.
