No one checks to see how much you harvest. No one even come to make sure you grow the amount of plants you're supposed to be growing.

This is the reason canada Is FLOODED with killer weed.
They dont check gardens till 2015 (thats when new regulation starts)....
so instead of people doing 80 plants, they are doing 800!
(seriously there is soo much killer weed in canada right now)

What if ur in a school zone does that matter or can u grow wherever as long as u have ur card?

I would think that if that state has no law or regulation about it then the city you are in would.
At least that's how it is in California and Colorado.
