i do agree though its a bit of a waste unless im on some type of psychedelic 
only got a box left atm , need to buy bulk when i get the funds

i buy isi cream chargers usually, they have a fine rep
but there is cheaper equivalents, i have tried a few brands and they are all quite relative
just make sure its ''cream'' not ''soda''
and i would invest in a decent dispenser if i was you, avoid crackers, try get a proper whipped cream dispenser , and dont skimp on a cheap one either unless u feel like buying several after awhile of usage

lotta people dont recycle it either, just breathe it in, then exhale it all out *facepalm
another tip i forgot to put out there for newbs is
inflate the balloon before u use it,to help the elastic to expand and avoid it popping

I have the cheap metal screw on crackers. You can get em for $11 or so. I have a bunch from being too high and losing them and finding them after I get another. I usually breathe in and exhale my balloon 3 times holding on each inhale then fill up one last time for another go. I hear people say holding it in is best but it doesn't work as well for me.
As for a brand, I've had tons of different ones and never noticed a difference. I just always get em from the same ebay vendor who always has The cheapest prices anyway. I'm not sure if its cool to mention which vendor but there's links at the top of this thread lol. It starts with a z and has coffee in it.

I'm working on a prototype bong that allows me to fill the chamber with smoke and then blast a balloon of nitrous through to force clear the smoke into my lungs lol. Typing it up that makes it sound so completely uneeded but I wanna try for science.
I'm just not sure how nitrous reacts when bubbled through water. I don't wanna lose all the goodies in the liquid.

They put the mask on me and i reached out and grabbed the dentist assistants tittays

Confession: I haven't had nitrous but at the dentist.
It's still pretty fucking weird and a little fun there, being it on for like over 30 minutes, it can get uncomfortable with people in your mouth- and I am really sensitive to it so I get too zoned out and can't keep my mouth open and they end up forcing it open with tools or hands
