will a 250 led blackstar grow one plant? or should i go higher?

More light the better.
But yes a 250 should grow a single plant nicely.

ya I started with a blackstar, you'll be able to get an oz or two. You might be better off with a few smaller plants if your just getting the one.
Also, never heard of the 250, the one pictured is the 240 UV, but also note that they draw about 130w only.
