All the praying and making the right decisions seem to finally be paying off
I am just going to have to keep doing what I am doing and hope he picks me
Position is for a clerk at the local market store. I really hope I land this, even though I do have a backup option that seems like it will work out
Itd be nice to land a job completely on my own without any family help
Wish me luck guys, I desperately need it. Havent wanted something this bad in a long time

A friend who buys for me works for an employment agency, so she's hooking me up with temp to hire stuff. They even offer health insurance right from the get go

Right on man, That's legit. I have no idea what this place offers but I am sure it's minimum wage and no benefits but that is all I deserve right now and id be more than happy to take it. Then work a couple years and get some quality work time under my belt being reliable, then move to something more serious

That's really how I feel man
This is how it went down last time I got clean at the beginning of summer. I got a job and was working until the 1st day I did dope again. I lost my job within 48 hours of doing dope.
I really feel like as long as I continue to do the right things, good things will happen

There's this banging ice cream shop there too, and they travel around to festivals & shit. They make their own ice cream & waffle cones on the spot. They were at Superball in 2011 & I ate their ice cream. It was fucking amazing. I forget their name though.

My interview today went great. I actually got called and scheduled for an interview tomorrow while I was on my way to the interview today
The one tomorrow, I have a family in on so I should have at least 1 job offer by the end of the weekend I am hoping
Plus all my birthday presents came today

I guess I should hold off on the victory dance but I feel very optimistic about where I am at
Plus it's nice to go from being broke to having 100 bucks in my pocket
Just the idea of being able to start make some steady paychecks is nice

Got the job
He knew I had another interview today, so he called right at 9am and offered me the job
I still went to the other job since it pays better. But they doing a background check first, so idk if ill get the job. As long as I pass the background check she offered me the job there too
So thangs be looking up.
I am heading out here in a little bit to have a couple beers at the bar as a light celebration
