My friend (Utah) Is blackmailing me and is about to get fuzz involvement on myself (East coast) and my personal plant usage.

Get rid of the plants or maybe set up grow in a new area, just be sure he and the cops dont have a chance to come find your plants, or its jailtime and arserape babey.
Seriously, do not get caught in america, jail aint funny brah. Its not worth 2-3 months worth of harvest either.
Get rid of those plants or at least away from the laws reach and their currently known to your friend, spot.

You may want to record your calls or keep your e-mails or whatever form of communication he's using cause if you do go to jail for growing make sure he goes for blackmail. That way you can visit him in jail when you get out years before him. Blackmail is a felony and a small personal grow in most states isn't.

I doubt he'll really do anything. His info is probably all over your place with phone call logs, txt's etc. Hopefully you have had him over and he's left prints all over the place.
Plus anonymous stuff, shouldn't be able to get them a warrant. The fuzz may come stop by and ask a few questions just make sure your stuff's in order, and tell them you would like your lawyer present even if you don't have one. This will buy you some time in the event they do stop by without a warrant.
I second recording him black mailing you.

thats for the answers you guys.
i talked to him after he cooled off and said he wouldnt do anything.
apparently i "ruined his engagement" by hinting to his girlfriend that him and I climbed a mountain drunk at 4am, FOUR MONTHS AGO.
he refused to tell her what happened and passed it off that i was lying and was starting drama.
On a separate note. i chopped a lot off of my girl which you guys can follow at http://www.growery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/640832

Sounds like he's not a good friend. That's fucking ridiculous. I would probably stop talking to him. I don't know you could could go on hanging out with him after he blew something out of proportion like that. Threatening to send you to jail/prison because you kind of mentioned a story about you two that doesn't even sound that bad.
Is he supposed to be sober or something?
