How can I test a bunch of computer parts?

I have a bunch of different parts for all kinds of computer, I have like 6 HP laptop motherboards, 4 Desktop motherboards, and I have an entire goddamn 300GB server that I just found.. I looked it all up online and it's all worth $500+, problem is, I have no idea how the fuck to test any of this shit.. I'd love to start selling this stuff on eBay and I don't want to rip anyone off, but I have no way to test this shit. There's got to be a more efficient way than having to have every other goddamn piece to the puzzle to test just the one piece, right? :zomgwtf:
